Krystal is an El Paso native, business owner, and proud wife and mother of four.  She’s passionate about supporting her community and is honored to serve on the Castner Heights Neighborhood Association Board of Directors.

Communications.

Glenn Meigel. 

Glenn has been a member of CHNA since its founding and has held various positions of responsibility during that time.  He also heads up a Neighborhood Watch and Neighborhood Association on his own block, G.T. Powers Drive.  Glenn is a 24-year Army and Vietnam Veteran who has also done volunteer work with the El Paso police and Fort Bliss student officers, and works toward improving his neighborhood and community.  He and his wife, Regina, have owned their same home in Castner Heights since 1980.
